Crestview Heating & Air was founded in 2005 by a technician who had spent years watching HVAC companies grow fast, cut corners, and eventually lose the trust of the customers they were supposed to serve.
The premise was simple: stay small, stay honest, do the work right. No commissioned salespeople. No upsell pressure. No recommendations driven by manufacturer rebates. Just a NATE-certified technician who diagnoses accurately, quotes fairly, and shows up when scheduled.
Twenty years later, the rules haven’t changed. We’ve added a few more technicians — all NATE-certified, all trained in house — but the operation is still run the same way it was in 2005: one customer at a time, done right.
We’re not the biggest HVAC company in Omaha. We’ve never tried to be. What we are is the company that Omaha families call again — and the one they recommend to their neighbors.
