What we do

Heating and cooling, done right.

Four things, and all of them done well. We diagnose honestly, quote a fixed price before we touch a wrench, and we don't sell you a system you don't need. NATE-certified techs on every call across the Omaha metro.

Furnace Repair & Install

No heat in January? We move fast.

We start with a real no-heat diagnosis — ignitor, flame sensor, blower, gas valve, control board — and tell you exactly what failed. If a small part fixes it, that's what you'll hear. We don't manufacture reasons to replace.

When a furnace genuinely is at the end of its life, we right-size the replacement to your home, not to the biggest unit on the shelf. A correctly sized, high-efficiency furnace runs quieter, lasts longer, and trims the gas bill for the next two decades.

The deal: a clear repair-or-replace recommendation, a flat fixed-price quote before any work begins, and the number we say is the number you pay — no surprises after the truck leaves.

AC Repair & Install

Cooling back on the hottest day.

When the AC quits in July, you want it running today — and same-day is our default when parts and the schedule allow. We track down the real culprit: low refrigerant and the leak behind it, a failed capacitor, a frozen or dirty coil, or a tired compressor.

If replacement makes more sense than pouring money into an aging unit, we size the new system to your square footage and ductwork so it actually keeps up in a Nebraska heat wave — without short-cycling or running your bill into the ground.

The deal: honest leak-and-repair-first thinking, a fixed-price quote up front, and no scare tactics about refrigerant or compressors to push a sale.

Two more ways to stay comfortable

Modern efficiency, protected for years.

Heat Pumps

One efficient system that heats in winter and cools in summer — no separate furnace and AC to maintain. Today's cold-climate heat pumps hold their own through Omaha winters and can meaningfully cut your year-round energy bills.

We handle the sizing, the load calc, and the paperwork for available federal and utility rebates, so the upgrade pencils out instead of just sounding good on a brochure. Fixed-price quote, explained line by line before you commit.

Maintenance Plans

Two tune-ups a year — heating before winter, cooling before summer — plus priority scheduling when you do need us and a standing discount on any repairs. One flat annual price, no upsells at the door.

The cheapest HVAC is the kind that doesn't break. A maintained system runs more efficiently, fails far less often, and lasts years longer than one that's ignored until January. This is the plan that keeps you out of the repair line.

What to expect

Four steps, no surprises.

The same straightforward process on every call, whether it's a quick repair or a full system replacement.

1. Call or book

Reach a real person who knows the trade — not a call center. We get the details and set a window that works for you.

2. Honest diagnosis

A NATE-certified tech finds the actual problem and shows you what's wrong — repair or replace, told straight.

3. Fixed-price quote

You get the full price up front, in writing, before any work starts. The number we quote is the number you pay.

4. Done right

We do the work cleanly, test it, and leave the space the way we found it. Comfortable again, the first time.

"They quoted a price, fixed our AC the same day, and the bill matched the quote to the dollar. No add-ons, no pressure to replace the whole unit. Exactly how it should be."
