In their words

Omaha trusts Crestview.

Twenty years of furnaces revived in January and AC brought back in July — and a reputation built on one plain habit: tell people the truth, quote a fair price, then hold it. Here's what the metro says.

"Another company quoted us $6,200 for a brand-new furnace and said ours was 'done.' Crestview's tech spent twenty minutes, found a cracked igniter and a clogged filter, and charged us $180. He could have sold us the whole system and we'd never have known. We won't call anyone else in Omaha."

"It hit 99° and our AC quit on a Saturday. I called three places — Crestview was the only one that picked up and the only one that came the same day. Capacitor replaced, cold air back by dinner, and no weekend surcharge."

"The written quote for our new AC was $4,850. When they hit a rusted line set they hadn't expected, they ate the extra labor instead of tacking it on. The final invoice matched the quote to the penny. Who does that anymore?"

"Our NATE tech walked me out to the unit and showed me the worn contactor before he swapped it — explained what it does and why it fails in heat like ours. First time an HVAC visit left me actually understanding my own house."

"During the fall tune-up under our maintenance plan, they caught a hairline crack in the heat exchanger — a carbon-monoxide risk we'd never have seen. It was handled before the first cold snap. That plan paid for itself ten times over."

"No heat, 8° outside, two little kids. They gave me a two-hour window and the truck was in my driveway in ninety minutes. Booties on at the door, fixed the blower motor, swept up after themselves. Old-fashioned in the best way."

"I expected a hard sell on a heat pump and instead got an honest answer: my eight-year-old system was fine and just needed a coil cleaning. They talked me OUT of spending money. That's exactly why I'll spend it with them when the time really comes."
